		OUR PROCESS: KEEPING YOUR COSTS TO A MINIMUM We like to start by meeting with you to discuss your wants and needs. We take this to develop the basic floor plans, the layout of your new house We then meet again to review these plans; this is the time to make revisions/changes We then finalize the floor plans, and complete elevations and cross section We complete necessary forms to submit to city/township for permit: "Designer Information" form (Schedule 1) which must be submitted with each plan drawn. NEW: Energy Efficiency Design Summary forms, required since January 1 2012 We have low overhead because we work from home. We produce plans that are exactly what is required for permit approval and to create material lists at the builder of your choice. These help keep costs down. Building a new house?
